What U.S President took the U.S off the Gold standard?

What U.S President took the U.S off the Gold Standard? A Gold company is using this question as promotion,if got right answer you win an ounce(a bar) of gold. They give three possible answer:Ronald Reagan,Richard Nixon and Franklin D. Roosevelt(F.D.R).The question is bit disingenuous because there are two correct answer:FDR took the U.S off gold standard domestically on 6/5/1933.On 8/15/1971 Richard Nixon took the U.S off the international gold standard, hence, ending fix exchange rates and an end to the Bretton Wood system, although the I.M.F and world Bank still exists.
